What is a Piano?A piano is a big instrument with black and white keys. When you press the keys, small hammers inside the piano hit strings to make sound. Pianos can play both high and low notes, making them very versatile (which means they can do a lot of different things).
Fun Piano Facts:
The piano has 88 keys: 52 white and 36 black.
It was invented over 300 years ago in Italy.
Some famous composers, like Mozart and Beethoven, wrote lots of music for the piano.
